Job Description
You will be responsible for:
- Providing leadership and guidance to the team.
- Ensuring operational efficiency and product quality in line with company standards.
- Managing shift schedules and workforce planning.
- Implementing and overseeing safety protocols.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
- Addressing any personnel issues in a timely and professional manner.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
