£27,000 base salary
£50,000 OTE
Job Description
- Conducting valuations of properties to accurately determine their market value.
- List properties, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
- Negotiating with buyers, sellers, to achieve the best possible outcome.
- Managing the sales progression process, ensuring smooth transactions and timely completions.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Keeping up-to-date with market trends and developments in the real estate industry.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to promote properties and attract potential clients.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in an Estate Agency role, minimum 4 years.
- Full UK driving licence and own car
- Strong valuation and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of sales progression and processes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Desired Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
- Familiarity with the local property market in Middlesborough and North Yorkshire.
- Relevant industry certifications or qualifications.
