Job description
Our client is a global leader in dermatology with a presence in over 100 countries worldwide. Driven by their dedication to dermatology they deliver innovative, science-based product portfolios focusing on the needs of the patients whilst working in partnership with healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional results.
Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for an Account Manager in North London to join their team.
Key responsibilities:
Manage current aesthetic customer base whilst proactively identifying new business opportunities – growth trends, customers, products, and services.
Develop and implement business plans.
Reporting Actual vs. Planned (Bus. Plan) in support of commercial team by managing, monitoring and making recommendations.
Achieve or exceed sales and KPI’s for territory including call targets.
Seek out and build relationships with appropriate contacts in an organisation/business. This includes clinical and non-clinical stakeholders across the aesthetic market.
Meet with customers, face to face, phone, email, screen share.
Understand the needs of your aesthetic customers to enhance all business opportunities.
Think strategically — seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and SMART objectives (business plans for key customers) in order in order to develop and improve the business.
Have a good understanding of the businesses' aesthetic portfolio, products and services and be able to advise others about them.
Maximise contact points within total territory.
Understand the business strategy around products, promotions to ensure maximise all sales opportunities.
Represent the company at congresses and events as an ambassador of the company for both internal and external customers.
To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following criteria:
Medical sales background in aesthetics.
University Degree is preferable or relevant commercial experience.
ABPI qualified or committed to pass within 2 years of joining.
Previous experience of managing accounts/territory within a similar organization.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of growing business within large accounts.
A full driving license is essential for the position.
Proven track record of working toward KPI's and achieving targets.
Track record of winning new accounts and developing existing accounts.
Ability to cultivate, maintain and build professional relationships with KOLs and clinic owners.
