Brighton | Permanent | £30 - 38k + Commission - no threshold - Commission starts at 20%

Responsibilities
- Employ innovative sales and marketing strategies to unearth new business opportunities within the software-oriented verticals.
- Forge and deepen relationships with clients through effective communication and professional networking.
- Conduct client needs analysis to understand their industry, corporate culture and environment.
- Skillfully advertise vacancies using a blend of media tools including social media and job boards.
- Surpass targets relating to interviews booked, new client partnerships, and successful candidate placements.
- Continuously update your market knowledge to refine candidate selection processes.
- Proactively source high-calibre candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and CV databases.
- Manage candidate relations, responding to queries and offering guidance throughout their application journey.
- Coordinate and streamline the interview process, providing feedback and handling offer negotiations with finesse.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in a 360 recruitment desk or a focused delivery desk with a proven track record of consistent billing.
- Proficient in recruitment procedures and applicant tracking systems.
- Awareness of Recruitment Marketing software is advantageous.
- Profound understanding of candidate selection methodologies.
- Knowledgeable in Employer Branding strategies.
- Expertise in the use of candidate sourcing tools and methodologies.
