Reports to: Managing Director
Location: Hybrid - Newmarket - 2-days on-site, 2-days WFH
Hours: 32 hours across a 4-day week (no salary sacrifice)
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000

Job snapshot:
As Senior Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving Evouchers product strategy. You’ll be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch. You’ll be a people person who can work cross-functionally with an innovative mindset to ensure successful product delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead, manage and mentor a team of 2 product managers
- Conduct 1:1’s, setting goals & initiatives to enhance employee performance and job satisfaction
- Utilise expertise and previous experience to introduce new ways of working and processes to the product team
- Lead and support the products through their entire lifecycle, supporting the development, design and delivery of the products and their future growth
- Develop and lead the product roadmap alongside the senior leadership team, outlining the planned features & enhancement of products, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding deadlines
- Develop a long-term product vision and product strategy that is aligned with the overall business strategy
- Conduct market research in collaboration with Marketing and Sales to gather feedback and analyse user data to identify customer needs and pain points
- Use customer feedback and product analytics to track product performance and inform its future innovation
- Lead the ideation process and prioritise product and feature ideas centred around customer and business requirements
- Identify and be accountable for the project's key metrics
- Create, prepare and deliver reports to key stakeholders on the status of developments
- Partner with multiple teams at Evouchers to create accurate User Stories
- Maintaining a well-structured and prioritised backlog
- Facilitate Agile meetings such as Agile Storyboarding and other requirement-gathering tools and techniques
- Drive sprint planning to deliver maximum value
Requirements
What we’re hoping you’ll bring:
- A minimum of 4 years in a product manager position or similar role with the ability to demonstrate ownership of the entire product lifecycle
- Previous experience in leading the development and delivery of products, particularly supporting teams and evolving processes through periods of growth
- Experience in defining and tracking key metrics centred around product success and customer satisfaction
- Hands-on experience supporting agile teams in a progressive environment
- Sound knowledge of core product management practices and processes
- A Proven track record of ability to work cross-functionally with teams to execute product releases
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and across various disciplines and levels within the organisation
- Ability to think creatively, and to drive products forward through innovative concepts and ideas
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects within ambitious timelines
- Ambition and initiative to drive change with the confidence to embrace new ways of working in an ever-moving sector
- Demonstrable knowledge of agile techniques, processes, patterns and tools
- Strong backlog management skills with the ability to prioritise workflow and ensure deadlines are met
- A keen eye for designing new products and functionality
