Caretaker
Joshua Robert is working with a well-established client that is working with quite a few local authorities and housing associations across the North East.
Durham County Council are looking for an experienced Caretaker to join their team on a temporary basis, for circa 3 months work.
Based in Seaham
Duties Include:
- carry out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs.
- book outside contractors for major repair work.
- make sure heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly.
- check doors and windows are locked when the building is not in use.
- open up buildings in the morning and lock them at the end of the day.
- general day-to-day cleaning
Working week:
This is shift work worked on a rota which are below:;
37 Hours
Morning & Afternoon Shifts based on a rota
Must have:
Caretaking experience
