Role: Behaviour Manager
Start Date: ASAP
Salary- £90 - £120 per day
Location- Chesterfield
GSL Education is currently looking to appoint an enthusiastic and accommodating
Behaviour Manager with previous behaviour management experience for a range of SEN special schools in
Chesterfield .

Established in 2000, we have continued to provide targeted support through tuition programmes; partnerships with the Institute of Education; and inspirational competitions for schools.
Behaviour Management responsibilities : - Management and Leadership: Participate in all aspects of student behaviour management and improvement, as well as the prevention of bad behaviour.
- Development: Implement and monitor the Behaviour Improvement Path, in line with academy policy.
- Inclusion: Promote a sense of belonging and inclusion for students with special educational needs within the school community.
- Approach: Help to maintain files and data used within the behaviour administration systems
- Collaboration: Work with the Behaviour Manager and Deputy Lead Behaviour Mentor to operate, monitor, and evaluate behaviour systems.
Requirements:
- Relevant behaviour management qualifications or certifications.
- A passion for health and social care.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Enthusiasm for working with school students.
- Adaptability and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
