Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer - Electrical bias
Salary: £45,743 per annum
Location: Loughborough
Hours: 3 shift rotation
Days: Mon to Thurs 6am to 3pm / Friday 6am to 4pm
Afternoon: Mon to Thurs 2pm to 10pm / Friday 9am to 5pm
Nights: Mon to Thurs 8pm to 6am
My client is an Industry leading manufacturer actively seeking for an experience Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team, who has previous experience working within a Manufacturing environment.
Your day-to-day duties will include the following:
* Ensure smooth running of all manufacturing and plant equipment.
* Working in a team to ensure that productions lines are maintained and fully operational minimising down time and OEE targets.
* Ensure that CI Projects, planned maintenance, PPM and waste targets are achieved.
* Competent Electrical Maintenance Engineer that is happy to be involved with all maintenance tasks, resolving breakdowns, and working environments are safe and hazard free.
* Complete route cause analysis to identify and implement preventative solutions.
* Support successful implementation of planned maintenance and new improvement projects.
* Ensure breakdowns/repairs are logged on CMMS.
You will need the following skills, qualifications, and experience:
* City & Guilds 18th Edition - Essential
* Previous experience working within a similar Manufacturing/ Plant environment within the UK - Essential
* NVQ level 3 or other qualifications
* Ability to fault find on PLC's - Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi - Essential
* Fault finding mechanical, electrical & pneumatic systems.
* Relevant IOSH safety training.
