OSET, a part of the Triumph Motorcycles Group, are world leaders in electric trials, off road and motocross motorcycles for children from the age of 3 up to adults. OSET kids electric motorcycles are recognised globally as the best bikes for children to learn on and improve their motorbike skills. An incredible opportunity has arisen at OSET Bikes for an International Sales Manager to define and drive global sales processes and channel development to increase sales volumes and revenue whilst protecting margins. This role will lead and direct our international sales and marketing commercial objectives for OSET Bikes from the Triumph Motorcycles Head Office in Hinckley, Leicestershire.
The ideal candidate will hold experience in delivering sales growth in the UK and overseas markets, preferably with consumer goods categories that would be classed as a non-essential, considered purchase. Experience in creating strategic goals and programmes to provide direction and guidance to grow sales volumes is essential for the role as well as being able to manage internal and external stakeholders across international borders
Experience in the motorcycle industry is desirable, as is experience of children’s products within the motorcycle industry. Passion for motorcycles, trials bikes, or OSET is beneficial.
