What skills and experience we're looking for
The Governors wish to appoint a Deputy Headteacher to support the Headteacher in driving the school forward in striving for excellence whilst caring for all. Applications are welcomed from candidates with a proven track record of excellent classroom practice, who are child-centred, senior leadership experience and are ready for this challenging and exciting role.
If you are a caring and inspiring leader with the capacity to grow and develop in the role, if you have initiative, enthusiasm, a thorough knowledge of all key stages in a primary school setting, ability to work as part of a team and the ambition to play a major role in the leadership and management of our school, then we would love to hear from you.
