Injury/ Condition: Medium C4/5 Incomplete And C6 Complete Tetraplegia Neurogenic. No Movement Chest Down No Sensation Limited Arm.
My bowel routine: My bowel results can vary from day to day. The whole bowel care routine, from insertion of suppositories to final check, can take up to 2 hours. I can require multiple digital stimulations, especially if I’ve had a poor result for a few days.
Bladder: Supra-pubic Catheter Changed By District Nurses Bladder Washouts Required Frequently / Daily
PA accommodation:
• Separate room for day and night PAs.
• Separate bathroom for PAs.
• Kitchen facilities shared with client.
• I alert the PAs when they are in their rooms via wireless doorbell.
My allergies :
• I have an allergy to the following medications: Trimethoprim and Ciprofloxacin (antibiotics) and Ibuprofen (spasms).
• I am sensitive to Micropore tape.
• My known allergy symptoms are: rash, breathing difficulties, vomiting and increase spasms.
