Teacher in SEMH School

Prospero Teaching Recruitment Agency is excited to announce an opportunity for a Nurture Group Teacher to join a leading SEMH school. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who can make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable students. - rate of pay - £140 - £220
- Hours - Mon - Fri (term time only)

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the specific needs of students in the nurture group.
- Provide emotional and academic support to students, promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to create a nurturing and inclusive school environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress, implementing strategies to address individual learning needs.
- Work closely with parents, guardians, and external agencies to provide holistic support to students.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience working with students with SEMH needs, preferably in a nurture group setting.
- Strong understanding of SEMH challenges and effective strategies to support students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enhanced DBS on Update service (Or willing to complete a new on)
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child related references that cover at least the last two years
