Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading Manufacturing / Engineering company in their search for a Service Advisor to work in their leading facility in Telford.

For the successful Service Advisor our client is offering:

1. Starting salary of up to £28,000 DOE
2. Full time position 7:30am-5pm with a 2pm finish on Fridays
3. Permanent role
4. Free on site parking
5. Pension scheme
6. 25 days holidays + bank holidays

The Role - Service Advisor:

1. Responding to customer enquiries for breakdowns/servicing
2. Resolving any customer queries
3. Ensuring parts are in stock for jobs
4. Liaising with the customer advising cost of works to be completed
5. Liaising with Stores ensuring stock availability
6. Organising shipments of Machinery
7. Booking hotels for Engineers
8. Scheduling work in for Engineers in accordance with availability in the diaries
9. Scheduling/Liaising with Service Engineers regarding all aspects of repairs & service calls
10. Scheduling/Liaising with Service Engineers regarding all aspects of Maintenance 
11. Providing a high standard of service to Customers in line with agreed requirements and expectations

What our client is looking for in a Service Advisor:

1. Our client is looking for someone who has experience in a Manufacturing / Engineering / Workshop or Service Environment
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Strong attention to detail
4. Full UK Licence - ESSENTIAL
5. Strong IT based skills
6. Provide strong customer service skills

Key skills or similar Job titles as the Service Advisor:

Warranty controller, Service Advisor, Service Administrator, Parts Assistant, Parts Advisor, Service Assistant

The Service Advisor position is Commutable from:

Telford, Shrewsbury, Bridgnorth, Wolverhampton, Shifnal, Halesfield, Stafford Park, Hortonwood
