We are looking to appoint an ambitious and successful classroom practitioner with strong subject knowledge to help lead our English department. The purpose of this list is to indicate the general level of responsibility of the post. We are in our fifth year since opening, located just north of Horsham, West Sussex. We currently provide for students in years 7-11. Over the next few years we will grow to become an all-through school for 1620 students aged 4-16 with a nursery facility. We are part of the supportive and innovative Bohunt Education Trust, a MAT with eight schools including two Sixth Forms and a boarding facility. We may be separated geographically, however, all BET schools share an uncompromising belief in high achievement and high expectations, a real sense of community and a dynamic, innovative approach to education. Every BET school is unique, with its own distinctive identity.
