Volunteering is a fantastic way to enhance your CV, meet new people, and learn lifesaving skills.
No one should die because they needed first aid and didn’t get it. St John Ambulance teaches people first aid so they can be the difference between life and death, and you can help us do this.
We are looking for someone to be responsible for the training needs of our volunteers. Pleasant personality. Good communication and interaction with the unit volunteers. Organisational skills for planning training sessions and advance programmes. Awareness of peoples' different learning skills. Ability to keep up to date with training policies and implementation of same.
The successful candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm for the work of St John Ambulance and an interest in coordinating internal training programmes for our volunteers and community training events for the public.
