The role
As a Talent Analyst, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. Reporting to the Group Head of Talent & Performance within the Talent Team, the Talent Analyst will work closely with the HR Function and across our Global business. Playing a crucial role in understanding, evaluating, and optimizing the organization's talent and key succession pool. This role involves data analysis and manipulation, critical thinking, report and presentation preparation as well as collaboration with HR and business leaders and teams to create value through smart talent solutions that underpin our principles and leadership framework.

Day to day, you'll:

This is a full-time position with a 37.5 hour working week. We're flexible on where you're located if you're happy to travel into one of our many hubs situated in the UK on an ad-hoc basis.

Agile working may be available to employees in some instances, applying the principles of fairness and consistency whilst ensuring that the overriding business needs can be appropriately met. We are happy to consider flexible, blended working, including part-time, condensed hours, and job sharing. Please ask about alternative patterns of work at interview.
