This long established family business are embarking on an exciting new phase in their history! After investing significantly in their operations, supply chain and product development they are now ready to take on a Sales Manager to head up their agricultural product range. With a diverse product portfolio spanning equine, poultry, ruminant and energy, they have a proven track record and excellent reputation in their respective industries for providing top quality products.

They already have a strong customer base in place, but now is the time to take on someone who can not only manage the existing business but also with a flair for business development to take their business to the next level. This is chance for you to have a distinct impact on the growth of a UK owned and operated business and invest in your sales career, with extensive hands on learning from the senior management.

What do I need to be considered?

• A passion for the ruminant sector, those with an academic background would be of particular interest.
• A confident, strong communication style with the ability to build relationships.
• To be a resilient “go getter” this is a sales role and you need to have the drive to chase down business.
• Be based in one of the above counties within 1.5 hrs of Cambridge.
