Your new company
Design and Build contractor working on residential and commercial projects throughout the UK, with projects including both new build and refurbishment schemes.
Your new role Working on an RC Frame residential build project in Cambridge they require a Site Manager in the New Year to support the Project Manager with the Facade and Internals of the project. Ensuring the project is delivered within the project deadlines and to the high level of detail as required by the client.
Duties will include:
- Site Inductions
- Tool Box Talks
- Run progress meetings
- Liaising with sub contractors
- Ensuring all H&S is adhered to
What you\'ll need to succeed Previous experience working in a similar role and project is essential.
CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
