Operations Manager

£45,000-£50,000 + Company Vehicle + Bonus + External Training Courses + Further Progression Opportunities + Company Pension + 33 Days Holiday

Depot Based role, commutable from Northampton, Kettering, Milton Keynes, Rugby, and surrounding areas.

Are you an ambitious individual who has had management experience within accommodation, modular buildings, temporary accommodation, facilities, or other fast-paced environments such as manufacturing, fabrication or property maintenance, looking to join a national company as an Operations Manager, where you will manage the depot with full autonomy to improve operations and implement change, and with the chance for further progression as well?

On offer is an Operations Manager position where you will be trained in house, and be responsible for managing the growing depot team, implementing the business strategy where you will play a vital part in the company's success within this region of the UK.

• Overseeing the depot's on site team, and ensuring deadlines are met
