Finance Administrator
Based in Central London
Role summary
- Reporting to the UK Finance Lead contract Support, you will be responsible for supporting the business in maintaining the client's Facilities in all aspects of Finance management. This is a site-based role to support both Central London Locations (25 North Colonnade & St James Square) working flexibly across both site locations.
What the Job Involves
- Managing service partner Purchase Orders & invoicing. Requesting and reviewing monthly statements.
- Engaging with service partners to ensure that correct purchase orders are being used and invoices are submitted in the correct format and in a timely manner.
- Manage regular meetings with service partners to discuss feedback relating to statements, focusing on clearing aged debt and PO query resolution.
- Liaising with FM teams to ensure purchase orders are raised and distributed to allow service partner invoicing to be kept up to date.
- Working closely with the Site Leads in all aspects of FM Finance management ensuring good communication between the company and Service Partners to ultimately meet the client's finance KPIs.
- Maintain regular and effective communication with internal colleagues across The UK BP portfolio team, ensuring the high profile of the FM Finance team is there to assist.
- Support in new supplier set-up work flow function.
- Provide best-in-class customer service to internal and external customer base.
- Supporting Site Leads with managing/maintaining budgets & Forecasting.
