The Firm

A well known, leading law firm are seeking a Legal PA to join their team in their City of London office on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The Opportunity

The successful Legal PA will provide support to a number of Partners and Associates within their Banking/Finance team. In order to be successful in this role you will need to have a proactive and ‘can do’ attitude, along with excellent attention to detail. Duties to include:

• Creating and amending highly confidential documentation and correspondence
• Opening new matters, AML conflict checks
• Extensive billing, creating billing guides, creating bills, amending narratives and creating bill letters
• Diary management, arranging meetings, conference calls, seminars, events, lunches and travel bookings
• Taking calls and answering client queries
• Preparing court bundles, both hard and soft copies
• Entering and claiming expenses on behalf of the team

This Legal PA opportunity is a full time, contract role, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am -5:30pm

The Requirements

• Previous experience in a Legal Secretary/PA role within a law firm
• Experience supporting a Banking/Finance team
