Chef - Golf Club - Up to £26,000 - Winchester - Work Life Balance

We are an exclusive private members Golf Club close to Winchester that offers our members and their guests a quality dining experience.
We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie for our restaurant to work in a small brigade.

Key Info:
Salary: Up to £26,000
Hours: 40hrs a week - 5 out of 7 days - Some day shifts only - Straight Shifts, not too many evenings and a fair share of weekends off on a rota basis
Location: Short drive from central Winchester

Your main responsibilities as a Chef will include:
* Producing dishes to meet the required standard
* Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
* Develop and train the other chefs

What you need to get the job:
* Experience in a similar establishment
* Qualified to NVQ Level 1, 2 and 3 or Equivalent
* Passionate about food
* Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to take operation to the next level
