Are you a Digital Project Executive/Manager or Digital Marketer who is looking to join a warm, friendly, and professional creative team?
I have had the pleasure of working with this established, successful, and ever-growing Creative Agency for many years. They have a prestigious client base covering B2B and B2C and have built a reputation on providing a high-class service from concept through to completion covering a wide range of Digital and Print services.
Due to sustained and continued business growth they now have an opening within their team for a Project Manager. You will mainly be responsible for taking digital projects (Web, UX/UI, Paid Social etc), from concept through to completion, and ensuring each project is executed with precision and aligns with the company’s high standards and the specific goals of the client and is achieved on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
• Create precise project plans and briefs, defining scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with account leads, senior management, and stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
• Manage the administrative requirements as well as ensuring the right colleagues are assigned to the brief – this may include Freelancers.
• Work closely with Account Leads for each account, along with other Teams/Departments which are involved in the project.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress.
Requirements:
• Previous Digital Project Coordination or Management experience, preferably in a marketing, creative or digital agency/consultancy setting. Alternatively, you will be Digital Marketer looking to transition into an Account/Project Management position.
• Experience of managing diverse project portfolios, including Websites, Social Media Campaigns, E-Commerce Solutions, SEO Optimisation, Content Creation, and PPC strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies and tools.
You must be UK based and live within a commutable distance of the where the position is located. Sponsorship is not available so you will need to have full leave to remain.
