Job description
This sociable yet well respected law firm is offering an experienced private client solicitor the opportunity to take on a portfolio of diverse and interesting clients. Along with the opportunity to embark on a journey of growth with the firm, you will also initially lead a small team of solicitors with the view to grow your team organically over time.
The firm has 60 employees across a broad base of offices in North Manchester, South Manchester and Cheshire.
Having recently invested into training and development, the firm has acquired an open plan space which will be used solely for upskilling, mindfulness and networking events with clients and colleagues. It is a nice space with a football table, meeting tables and a cosy space with books available to read.
The role:
It would be ideal if you have at least five years of experience handling your own caseload, and it would be beneficial if you previously took on managerial or supervision duties.

You will be encouraged to develop a personal branding, as well as to complete projects which enable you to contribute to the firm through values including, business development, networking events and marketing. The culture of this firm means it is more focused on achieving a target together as one.
In this role you will see progression, with a previous trainee solicitor having progressed with the firm to become the head of the probate team.
Hybrid working or flexible hours is available with this role and the firm will understand how to support you best, rather than having a general policy in place.
