An independently owned mortgage brokerage, affiliated with one of the most reputable mortgage networks in the UK, is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join their team. This role offers the flexibility to work from home or a local estate agency office in the Dunstable area, either on an employed or self-employed basis. The opportunity comes with an abundant supply of hot leads, providing the potential to bank £10,000 – £20,000, earing £5,000 – £10,000 per month.

Main Duties:

As a Mortgage Advisor in this dynamic role, you will:

• Work from the comfort of your own home or from a local estate agency office in Dunstable.
• Receive a consistent flow of hot leads from various sources, including online estate agencies, well-established local estate agencies, referrals, and telephone inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with estate agency staff in Dunstable, receiving 7-10 new mortgage leads every week.
• Have access to the existing client database, offering not just mortgage reviews but comprehensive financial reviews encompassing pensions and investments.
• Benefit from dedicated mortgage administration support to maximize your time spent providing whole-of-market mortgage advice.
• Join a team where existing Mortgage Advisors are banking between £10,000 – £20,000 per month, with top performers earning over £100,000 per annum.
• Expect to bank at least £150,000, translating to a minimum earnings potential of £75,000 per annum, based on historical figures.
• Earn additional income by referring clients to the in-house wealth adviser, who provides guidance on pensions and investments.
• Receive a larger commission percentage for any new business you self-generate, whether through referrals or your existing client base.

Key Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• An excellent knowledge of mortgages and various financial products.
• Experience as a Mortgage Advisor in a tied, independent, or banking mortgage environment, demonstrating a strong track record in mortgage sales.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage your own diary.
• A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
