Job description
PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to work with our Client in the Northwest. Our client is a UK building main contractor involved in a range of sectors.
The Senior Site Manager will be number two on a Large Multi- Room project reporting to a Project Manager on site.
The project the Senior Site Manager will be working on will have a valve of £40m. Further Projects will be for the Northwest region.
Senior Site Manager Responsibilities:
Lead and manage on-site construction activities, including coordination of subcontractors, site personnel, and resources.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and project specifications.
Implement effective site management strategies to optimize productivity and mitigate risks.
Monitor progress against project milestones and report on key performance indicators.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to address concerns and maintain positive relationships.
Oversee quality control procedures to uphold the highest standards of workmanship and craftsmanship.
Proactively identify potential issues and implement timely solutions to keep the project on track.
Senior Site Manager Requirements:
Extensive experience as a Senior Site Manager within the Construction Industry, ideally with a Tier 1 Main Contractor.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects, particularly within the Multi Room sector.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project objectives.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and quality management systems.
Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid).
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering excellence.
