Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team. The
Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies,
and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support as
needed
● Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
● Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers
● Maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring exceptional customer service
and satisfaction
● Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
● Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior
management
● Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure timely
delivery of products
