Mobile Catering Manager – Education Term time only – Staffordshire/Walsall- MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE AND HAVE OWN VEHICLE.
Location: Staffordshire/Walsall
Salary: £14 an hour, mileage paid
Schedule:30 hours, Mon-Fri
My client is an independent contract catering company with a fresh approach to catering within the Education sector.
An opportunity has arisen for a talented and enthusiastic Catering Manager to manage different catering teams around schools in the Staffordshire/Walsall area where required. You will be responsible for providing children healthy and delicious meals using locally sourced, fresh ingredients as well/
As Catering Manager you will be a motivated individual who can plan, organise and deliver an exceptional service. You will have the proven ability to drive sales and get the best out of your team.
Ideally you will have previous experience of successfully managing a very busy contract. You will have a solid cheffing background as well as a strong front of house presence. You will be up to date with current food trends and have the ability to drives sales as well as motivating your team.
