As part of a succession plan the Directors, of this long–established Mechanical Services Contractor, are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager.

The company view this as a long–term appointment as they would want the successful candidate to become part of the Senior Management team over the medium term.

A key appointment for the business we are looking for a Mechanical Project Engineer or Mechanical Project Manager who can demonstrate experience of managing the delivery of mechanical services projects incorporating Plant Rooms, Chilled/Hot Water packages, Pipework and HVAC systems.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of setting up project programs, resource planning and monitoring project budgets . The candidate will also have strong communication skills and have a track record of managing site–based teams.

The role will be based on project sites, which are predominately along the M4 and M40 Corridor into London, and out of the company HQ near High Wycombe . You will be working in a range of sectors including NHS, Restaurants & Leisure and the Commercial office environment.

The successful candidate will have a Mechanical Engineering qualification, will be able to demonstrate a stable career background working, as a Mechanical Project Engineer or Mechanical Project Manager, strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

In return the candidate will be rewarded with a basic salary of between 60k– 80k ( Dependent on experience), Company Car Allowance, Bonus & Benefits. They will also be mentored with a view to them stepping into a Senior Management role in the medium term.
