Recruitment Resourcer in the Driving Division

Erdington, Birmingham

Competitive Salary – Negotiable for the right candidate

40 hours per week – Monday – Friday 8.30am-5pm

Hours can be flexible for the right candidate!

Kerry Collins are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer within the Driving Division based in Erdington, to be a 180 Consultant, responsible for CV Searching and sourcing candidates, screening, registering/interviewing and booking candidates against temporary positions, mainly withing the Driving Sector

The ideal candidate doesn’t need Recruitment Experience, but a strong personality and the ability to work in a face paced, high pressured, Customer Service style environment.


This role is not for the faint hearted!

We are looking for someone who is able to build strong relationships with candidates and clients and who will be motivated when working alone as well as with the team.

You will have a strong work ethic, great attention to detail, with a proactive attitude to “Getting the Job done”
