Job description
Key Responsibilities: Chase and collect outstanding debt from customers within agreed timelines. Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans. Review and release orders following credit policies. Conduct credit checks on new customers and assess creditworthiness. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer details and account records. Provide timely and accurate reporting on credit control activities.
