The successful Team Leader will join a large, Government organisation based in the centre of Bath.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities of the Process Team Leader:
- Lead and motivate small teams, fostering communication and encouraging team development.
- Schedule and coordinate team work to meet required timescales and service levels.
- Plan and implement staffing requirements to ensure adequate availability of team members.
- Ensure adherence to agreed processes, standards, timescales, and quality requirements.
- Identify and manage improvements within the assigned area.
- Update and maintain databases, systems, and documentation.
- Comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Collect and provide statistical data and reports as necessary.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Team Leader:
- Proficient in leading small teams, creating a positive and productive work environment.
- Expert understanding of relevant systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP).
- Highly skilled in using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
- Effective in both internal and external communication.
- Capable of managing a small budget related to full-time equivalents (FTEs) and overtime.
- Ability to set and achieve performance targets.
