About Our Client
Our client is an ambitious fast paced innovative snacking business who are currently experiencing double digit growth.
To further support the growth strategy my client is looking to recruit a Sales Controller to develop and grow the UK Retail business.
Job Description
- Manage and develop existing relationships with key customers, including the Top 5 retailers while working to develop new business across wholesale and foodservice channels.
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders
- Monitor and report on market trends
- Oversee the implementation of promotional campaigns
- Ensure achievement of sales targets
The Successful Applicant
- At least 5 years account management experience working with the key grocery retailers, with a successful track record of business development.
- Strong commercial acumen with an excellent knowledge of the Grocery, Impulse and Foodservice channels.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and approach coupled with the autonomy to develop and accelerate the growth of a new division.
- A huge passion for selling, whilst being comfortable presenting, negotiating, and influencing at all levels
