Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in HR management is essential
• CIPD Level 5 is advantageous but not essential
• Strong understanding of UK employment law
• Strong IT skills, MS Excel, Outlook and Word
• A people person, who enjoys supporting and working with staff

Duties:

• Overseeing recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
• Ensuring monthly payroll updates are communicated to finance
• Manage employees performance , behaviour, absence
• Reviewing and coordinating health and safety across branches
• Advising and supporting the management team
