Overheating Assessor | Home Based | Permanent Ref: DB2037 Competitive Salary Plus Benefits Our client is looking for an Overheating Assessor to join their well-established, award-winning consultancy. The firm have built up an excellent reputation in the construction sector with various residential and commercial projects. The role will focus on overheating assessments in accordance with the Part O regulations. Overheating Assessor Requirements: IES experience for overheating analysis including TM59 and TM52 On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor Qualification (Desirable) Relevant industry experience Computer literate Brilliant time management and communication skills Excellent relationship building and positive 'can-do' attitudeOverheating Assessor Duties: Produce overheating TM52 and TM59 assessments, Part O assessments Deliver overheating and thermal comfort analysis using IES Liaise with clients and internal team to hit deadlines Generate energy and sustainability statements for planning Thermal modelling using IES software Consult on building design to comply with Part LBenefits: 25 Days Annual Leave Plus Buy/Sell Scheme Pension Flexible working Discretionary Bonus Social Events Salary £30,000 per annum DOEInterested?
