About The Role

We are currently seeking a Receptionist with excellent communication and organisational skills to join our busy Folkestone Dental Practice.  This is a well-established practice delivering excellent quality dentistry including general dentistry, hygiene appointments, clear braces and composite bonding.

Hours:

Wednesday & Friday 08:45 - 18:00

About You

You will be patient orientated with a focus on delivering excellence in all areas of the patient life-cycle. You must be reliable and punctual with a warm and welcoming manner. Customer service experience is essential and experience working within dental/medical/health care or a sales focused environment would be highly beneficial.

The main duties will include:

• Answering phones, responding to email enquiries, greeting patients
• Booking and managing dentist day lists and diary appointments
• Completing non-clinical tasks and ensuring an accurate filing management system is maintained
• Excellent patient, colleague and management journeys
• Adherence to dental regulatory and clinical administration guidelines
