Join a team as a ServiceNow Architect in Stockholm, Sweden, working for a prominent UK-based IT consultancy firm.
As a ServiceNow Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimising ServiceNow solutions for our clients.
Leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and customisation, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and beyond.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business processes, technical challenges, and strategic objectives.
- Configure and customise ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITBM, and ITOM, to meet client needs.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation plans.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases, updates, and emerging technologies, and provide recommendations for incorporating new features and capabilities into client solutions.
- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a strong track record of designing and implementing complex solutions.
- ServiceNow certification(s), such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD), highly desirable.
- Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customisation.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST API, SOAP, and MID Server.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
