Project Quantity Surveyor – Exeter (Hybrid) – Circa £45k + excellent benefits
There is a great opportunity for a dynamic Project Quantity Surveyor to join a forward thinking construction management consultancy based in their established Exeter office. This award winning, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy have a proven track record in delivering outstanding service to an impressive client base and boast an excellent staff retention rate, with each employee staying with the company for an average of 10 years. They have 6 offices and have been successfully operating for 60 years now, building an excellent reputation and thriving in difficult market conditions. In the last 10 years they have doubled in size, with over 70% growth since 2018 and no redundancies made during Covid. Off the back of this success they are expanding their Quantity Surveying service offering across the region and are looking for a driven Quantity Surveyor to work on a variety of challenging and prestigious local projects and become an integral part of their exciting growth plans and continuing success. The company benefits from a huge amount repeat business (over 96%) with a number of key established clients in the area and a strong pipeline of work already in place, including 60 framework agreements. The practice have a wide range of interesting projects covering the Education, Health, Higher Education, Housing, Blue Light and Commercial sectors. You will be working alongside an experienced team, involved in delivering a full range of pre and post contract quantity surveying services on a variety of projects.
