Job description
Working to the Head of Patient safety the post holder will manage the operational development, implementation and maintenance of Trust wide systems and processes that enable the trust to learn and improve and recognise our successes. The post holder will have a passion for improvement and lead on Trust-wide patient safety improvement projects using project management methodology as required and specialist knowledge from having a clinical background and being clinically current.
