Post Title:      SCHOOL BUSINESS MANAGER

School:           BUTTERSTILE PRIMARY SCHOOL and WHITEFIELD COMMUNITY PRIMARY SCHOOL

The Governors and Headteachers of both schools wish to appoint a highly motivated and strategic School Business Manager who will ensure operational excellence to join our successful teams as we move to become part of the newly formed Collective Community Trust. Hours of work are 37 hours per week, term time only plus five days, worked in accordance with service requirements. It is expected that the hours will be worked across the schools as three days at Butterstile Primary and two days at Whitefield Community Primary School, however there will need to be a degree of flexibility.  We are looking for the successful candidate to take up position as soon after the Easter break as possible.

The successful candidate will need to:

• Demonstrate initiative and be able to prioritise work effectively
• Work with integrity and confidentiality
• Be well organised with a meticulous attention to detail
• Have excellent time management skills
• Have excellent oral and written communication and numeracy skills
