What you’ll do :
- Prepare and present food to the highest standard.
- Ensure all work areas and surfaces are clean and tidy, especially at the end of the day/shift.
- Always ensure the best customer service.
- Replenish food during service periods.
- Complete any administration as requested including food temperatures, cleaning schedules, delivery temperatures, stock takes, etc.
- Ensure all food is prepared & served with due care and attention, particularly in regard to special dietary requirements, allergens and shelf life.
- Ensure the kitchen is maintained in a clean, organised manner and all food safety and health and safety policies and procedures are followed.
- Promote a friendly working relationship with colleagues.
- Undertake training as required and comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Raise any issues with the Head Chef or Catering Manager in a timely manner.

- Experienced culinary background
- Good interpersonal skills and calm nature
- You will be enthusiastic, positive, and self-motivated.
- Strong but flexible, always prepared to listen and consider the views of others.
- Take pride in your personal appearance and maintains a high level of good personal hygiene.
- You will take pride in being responsible, conscientious – demonstrates a commitment to get things done or of before agreed deadlines.
