A leading legal top tier law firm is seeking a Family Solicitor to join their dynamic team in Colchester.

Title: Family Solicitor
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000
Contract: Full time permanent
Location: Colchester

Key Responsibilities of the Family Solicitor:

• Handling a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, children issues, cohabitation disputes, prenuptial agreements, and domestic violence
• Providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients in a sensitive and professional manner
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships and generating new business opportunities
• Working collaboratively with other solicitors and support staff in the family department
• Keeping up to date with the latest developments and changes in family law and practice

Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Family Solicitor:

• Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales with at least 3 years of PQE in family law
• Experience of handling a varied and complex caseload of family law matters
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
