As a Maternity Cover Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the executive team during a 9-month maternity leave period. Role Responsibilities: 

• Efficiently managing calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence for key executives.
• Coordinating internal and external meetings.
• Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Providing administrative support to enhance overall office efficiency.
• Collaborating with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in office software and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Discretion and reliability in handling sensitive information.
• A keen interest in sustainability is advantageous
