Job description
- Operate and maintain lathes and turning equipment.
- Follow blueprints and engineering plans to produce components.
- Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed.
- Collaborate with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to improve production processes.
- Comply with health and safety regulations within the workplace.
- Assist in the training of new staff.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the manufacturing process.
