Registered Manager
Hadleigh, Ipswich
Up to £65,000

I am looking for a Registered Manager to run a fabulous Nursing Home in Hadleigh, Suffolk. The home has 54 beds and has been thoughtfully decorated and furnished with residents in mind, providing a comfortable and homely living experience for 24-hour nursing, residential and dementia care facilities for the residents. The home has recently been taken over by a new provider and they have done a full refurbishment of the home.

In this role you will:

• Oversee the daily operations of the home
• Manage a fantastic staff team
• Ensure that the home provides high-quality care and support to residents
• Meet financial targets and maintain full occupancy
• Maintain excellent working relationships at all levels, internal as well as external professionals, families and visitors

For this great Registered Manager post you will need:

• Previous experience of managing a nursing home.
• A good working knowledge of and a proven record of CQC standards, and the ability to work towards achieving Outstanding
• Great communication skills
• A proven track record of marketing and business skills within the private care sector, running a commercially successful, good or outstanding rated care home
• Enthusiasm and passion for developing high level of person-centred care
• The ability to actively participate in the growth and development of the care service
• NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience, desirable but not essential
