Job description

Protocol is working closely with a college based in Northampton to help recruit for a motivated and enthusiastic HR & Recruitment Officer. The successful candidate will provide an internal recruitment service to attract and retain talent and promote the College as an ‘employer of choice and support with the completion of HR administration with HR colleagues to ensure an excellent service is maintained. The client is committed to providing a range of courses to all learners and is looking expand the business support term.
