A fantastic opportunity for a passionate mathematics specialist to join a thriving, fully inclusive and ambitious school located on the northern outskirts of Brighton. We are looking for a dynamic and driven Director of Mathematics to lead our Mathematics department and join our school Senior Leadership Team.

Our Mathematics department is dedicated to delivering an aspirational curriculum to all pupils using effective teaching and learning strategies so that all students make good progress. As a team we collaborate, support and challenge each other.
The Director of Mathematics has strategic oversight of teaching, learning and assessment within the Mathematics department which includes GCSE Statistics. This is a Senior Leadership role and involves working with senior colleagues, including the Headteacher, to set the school’s direction and ensure our values and ethos permeate across the whole school. Your professional development will also be a key priority and you will have the support of a network of highly skilled and experienced Senior Leaders.
