Role:
As a Residential Property Lawyer, you will be instrumental in managing a diverse caseload of residential property matters. This includes handling conveyancing, leasehold transactions, and property finance with a client-centric approach. The firm prides itself on delivering exceptional service, and your role will be pivotal in upholding this reputation.
Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years PQE in residential property law
- Demonstrable experience in managing a full range of conveyancing processes from inception to completion
- Strong understanding of property law and the conveyancing process
- Excellent client care skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters discreetly and professionally
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Adept at working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
