Job description
We have a client looking for an experienced Business Manager for their prestige franchise site in Essex. The ideal candidate should have a track record within the franchised motor trade and be able to control the provision of finance within the sales department, to train and motivate the other sales staff within the team to reach the F&I targets and to ensure they are aware at all times of the finance options available to the customer. The successful candidate should have a flair for achieving results and outstanding financial performance without compromising customer satisfaction. The package includes an excellent basic and an UNCAPPED OTE of £50000 this is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on achiever to join a large group with excellent pay and promotion prospects.
