Job description
We are recruiting for a Manager within a new small preschool. Ideally you will have a minimum of a year experience managing a preschool with a Level 3 Qualification. We are looking for someone who works well within a team and has strong leadership skills, as well as sound knowledge of Ofsted standards and the EYFS framework.
Your role will include;
Overseeing the planning and development of the nursery setting.
Promoting a safe, caring, stimulating environment.
Supporting and promoting the provision of outstanding childcare
Supporting staff development
Liaising with the Local Authorities and other professionals associated with the setting
You will ideally have a Level 3 Qualification in Childcare
Minimum of 12 months management experience
Up to date knowledge of EYFS framework and regulations
Comprehensive knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
Ability to identify priorities and meet outcomes
We are set in the beautiful grounds of Corinthian Sports club, we have exclusive use of a Montessori classroom. Indoor and Outdoor sports hall and enclosed forest area. We also offer extra curricular activites.
